Facing the test evaluation

The review of a sample sufficiently representative of many reports produced by civil and institutional authorities well-established in the national and international debate evaluating the press in Morocco and elsewhere raises a number of legitimate and pressing questions. Three axes appear to require analysis.

Le passage en revue d’un échantillonnage suffisamment représentatif des nombreux rapports produits par des instances civiles et institutionnelles bien établies dans le débat public national et international, évaluant notamment la presse au Maroc et ailleurs, suscite un certain nombre d’interrogations légitimes et pressantes. Trois axes semblent s’imposer à l’analyse.

        إن استعراض بعض العينات من متون التقارير الدولية المنجزة من قبل الهيئات المدنية و المؤسسات الرسمية فيما يخص تقييم الصحافة في المغرب أو في الخارج، تثير مجموعة من التساؤلات المشروعة و الملحة والتي يمكن مقاربتها و تحليلها من خلال ثلاث محاور أساسية.
